EdCost complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Notification of Infringement

If you believe that content on EdCost.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Site.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may notify the user who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, in the district where EdCost is located, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Consequences of False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure that any claim you submit is accurate.

Repeat Infringers

EdCost reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
